The MRC Pontiac team is very proud to announce the launch of Visages régionaux’s podcast ‘’On le fait!’’ on Radio-Canada Ohdio! The MRC Pontiac is one of the territories featured in this series which aims to demonstrate that the rural regions of Quebec are standing up, bold, beautiful and proud.

This project is a collaboration between our MRC and 6 other partner regions across Quebec (MRC Antoine-Labelle, MRC Avignon, MRC Brome-Missisquoi, the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine, & MRC de Portneuf). PUBLIC NOTICE – DRAFT 2023-2029 RESIDUAL WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN OF THE MRC PONTIAC To the persons interested in the draft 2023-2029 Residual waste management plan of the MRC Pontiac. PUBLIC NOTICE is given of the following: Regional Council of Mayors siting held on December 15, 2021, council has adopted the Draft Waste Management Plan 2023-2029.

1. A public consultation meeting will be held on December 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Elsie Gibbons Room at 602 Route 301 North, Campbell’s Bay, Quebec.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the action plan for the new 2023-2029 waste management plan and to hear from individuals and organizations who wish to express their views.

1. The draft 2023-2029 waste management plan and a summary can be consulted at the office of the MRC Pontiac located at 602 Route 301 North, Campbell’s Bay, Quebec, on the MRC website: www.mrcpontiac.qc.ca/la-mrc/centre-de-documents/territoire/ and in each municipal office.
