The Thorne Municipal Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located next to the Municipal Office at 775 Route 366, Ladysmith (Thorne), Quebec.
Each monthly meeting includes a designated visitor's period where ratepayers and the general public can raise questions and concerns.
During Council meetings, two 15-minute question periods will be allowed: one at the beginning and one at the end of the meeting.
Foul language and disrespectful behavior are prohibited in the Council room.

The agenda for each upcoming meeting is posted for the public on the bulletin boards at the municipal office, the website, and Facebook, the Friday before the meeting. It is also available for pickup during the meeting itself.
