The Municipality of Thorne, in partnership with the Centre régional des services aux bibliothèques de l'Outaouais (CRSBPO), now offers free digital library services to all residents.
​
CRSBPO is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting public libraries and promoting access to culture and learning across the region. Through this partnership, Thorne residents can enjoy free access to eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, research tools, and more—from anywhere, anytime.​

Thanks to your subscription to one of the member libraries of the Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais, you now have free access to the digital resource MANGAS.IO, which allows you to read hundreds of manga series online. There is no waiting time! The number of loans and their duration are unlimited. All titles are recommended for ages 11 and up.
