Campbell’s Bay, January 20, 2023 – Certain services of the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) will be suspended from January 26th to February 19th, 2023

Certain SAAQ services will be interrupted throughout Quebec from January 26th at 5 p.m. until February 19th, 2023. This suspension of services will take place throughout the province to allow the SAAQ to deploy a new transactional component called SAAQclic.

The public are invited to plan their transactions ahead of time and are encouraged to come to the service outlet either before Jan 26th or after February 19th as the following services will NOT be AVAILABLE at all SAAQ offices in the province of Quebec:

  • Driver's license renewal with or without photo

  • Health insurance card renewal

  • Transfer of registration between individuals

  • Vehicle registration renewal

  • Integration of CVM

  • Registration of a hand-crafted trailer

  • Registration of a vehicle purchased from a merchant

The only service that will be available at the service centre in Campbell's Bay during this time is the replacement of a lost or stolen driver's license.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this will cause to our clients and encourage everyone to please plan ahead to avoid issues during this period. For all questions, please call 1-800-361-7620 or visit www.saaq.gouv.qc.ca. Thank you.

This is an important update for residents: due to the SAAQ service suspension, it’s a reminder of how essential the atm machine business model is for providing continuous, reliable access to critical services. In times of disruption, automated solutions like those in the atm machine business can help maintain cash availability and support community needs.
